Membership Details

The following is a full explanation of each membership tier. The details in this section supersede any other agreements made verbally or in writing.

Ernie Insider

Price: $169.00 per month

Auto-renew: Yes

Minimum contract term: 3 months

Features

Free open play every day

• Available to use any day of the week
• Choose to participate in 1 open play session per day.
• If you would like to participate in multiple sessions in one day, you can do so at the discounted rate of $15.

1 free court per week during non-peak hours

• The entire court is free for 1 hour if an eligible member books it.
• The member who booked the court must be present and playing the entire time during the reservation.
• Members can use this perk any day of the week during the following hours:
  • Monday - Friday & Sunday: open - 4pm. These hours are subject to change.
• The free court perk resets every week on Monday morning. For example, if you reserve a free court on a Tuesday, the next time you will be able to reserve another free court is Monday of the following week.
• Free courts can be reserved by calling the front desk.

1 free clinic per month

• There will be a few classes scheduled that are marked as “free for members”. These are the only classes eligible for this perk. The cost will automatically be set to $0 when registering.

20% off court reservations

• The entire court will be 20% off if an eligible member books it.
• The member who booked the court must be present and playing the entire time during the reservation.20% off leagues, clinics, and tournaments
• Eligible members will receive 20% off the registration fee.
• Discount codes will be provided if necessary.

Members play for free on Saturday

• The members on the reservation are free on Saturdays.
• Guests will be charged the standard price.
• Charges will be adjusted as needed based on the final number of members and non-members on the reservation.

Free paddle rentals

• Members can demo 1 professional paddle at a time.
• Must check in with the front desk before removing a paddle from the wall.

Discounts on events

• Eligible events will be specifically marked, and the discount amount will be noted on the event invite.

10-day advance bookings for reservations and classes

• Eligible members can book open play and courts 10 days in advance

Guest passes

• Eligible members receive 3 court reservation guest passes per month
  • 3 guest passes can be used to allow the guest to join a 1 hour court reservation for free.
  • Guest passes can be used at any time throughout the day/week.
  • Guest passes cannot be transferred to other members or non-members.
• Eligible members receive 1 open play guest pass per month
  • 1 guest pass can be used to allow the guest to join open play for 50% off. Guest passes can be used at any time throughout the week
  • There must be available spots left in open play in order to redeem this guest pass.
  • Open play guest passes can be redeemed by calling the facility.
  • Guest passes cannot be transferred to other members or non-members.

ATP Master

Price: $259.00 per month

Minimum contract term: 12 months

• If an eligible member would like a paddle valued more than $280, they can apply a discount of $280 to the final price.

• The entire court will be 30% off if an eligible member books it.
• The member who booked the court must be present and playing the entire time during the reservation.

30% off leagues, clinics, and tournaments

• Eligible members will receive 30% off the registration fee.
• Discount codes will be provided if necessary. Members play for free on Saturday
• The members on the reservation are free on Saturdays.

• Eligible members receive 2 open play guest passes per month
  • 2 guest passes can be used to allow the guest to join open play for 50% off.
  • Guest passes can be used at any time throughout the week
  • There must be available spots left in open play in order to redeem this guest pass.
  • Open play guest passes can be redeemed by calling the facility.
  • Guest passes cannot be transferred to other members or non-members.

Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between PIKL Los Angeles (“Club”) and the undersigned member (“Member”).

1. Membership Term

• Membership requires a minimum commitment depending on tier:
  • Ernie Insider – three (3) months minimum
  • ATP Master – twelve (12) months minimum
  • After the applicable minimum term is completed, membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.
  • The membership start date is the date of purchase.
  • Pricing is fixed per tier and subject to change with thirty (30) days’ advance written notice from the Club.

2. Payment Terms

• Membership fees are due in full upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Billing will automatically recur monthly.
• Payments will be processed using the credit card on file unless the Member provides an updated form of payment before the billing date.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel their membership after completing the required minimum term for their tier.
• Cancellations will apply the following month. No prorated refunds will be applied. To cancel, Members must call the Club at (323) 243-5530.

4. General Provisions

• This Agreement is personal to the Member and may not be assigned or transferred.
• The Club reserves the right to modify membership policies with 15 days advance notice to Members.
• The laws of the State of California shall govern this Agreement.

5. Acknowledgment

By continuing, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to

the terms of this Agreement.
